Godaddy sends me a promo code which is not working

Today i got an email from Godaddy including Godaddy promo code which saves me 30% off any order .

Before adding promo codes to this blog , i manually check every code manually , i have added some products and applied this promo code mwpatt2 .

What i see was really weid . it was not working !

All this things was happened in just less then one hour .
